No matter where you're at in your fitness journey, there's a bike or RX for you at Cyclebeat Club.


Before Arriving:

  • We recommend you drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated is essential for optimal performance and recovery during your workouts. Proper hydration helps to maintain your energy levels, supports muscle function, and aids in overall wellness. Make it a habit to drink water before, during, and after your sessions at Cyclebeat Club to enhance your spinning experience and stay energized. We have a filtered station and sell bottled water.

  • We recommend wearing a semi loose top and form fitting pants/capris or shorts and of course, socks [don’t be that guy…]. We do sell socks if they have been left at home. Our Keiser M3i bikes have clipless pedals and cycling shoes are recommended. We supply a complementary pair for every client but you are welcome to bring your own Shimano® SPD compatible shoes. If by any reason cycling shoes cannot be worn then our Keiser bikes also have pedals with cages and straps attached for runners.

  • Welcome to RideRX, the ultimate full-body workout experience! Get ready to elevate your fitness with our 30/30 class, which combines the high energy cardio of classic indoor cycling with the unique benefits of RX Suspension Training for your upper body and core.
    For 30 minutes, you’ll engage in targeted exercises designed to challenge your balance, stability, and core strength while working your upper body all with a focus on safe, functional movement. RX is our special prescription to help you grow stronger, both physically and mentally, at a pace that suits you best.This exciting addition follows the heart-pumping cardio session on the bike, giving you a comprehensive workout that checks all the boxes. You’ve got to love it!

  • Welcome to RX 45, where your fitness journey gets an upgrade! We’re thrilled to introduce this innovative addition to our studio lineup: RX 45 Suspension Training. This workout is designed to elevate your strength training, focusing on your upper body, core, and beyond. With RX as your personalized prescription for building physical and mental strength, you’ll push yourself at a pace that suits you best. For 45 action-packed minutes, you’ll engage in targeted exercises that challenge your balance, stability, and core, all while activating every major muscle group. Best of all, it’s a safe, functional full-body workout you’re bound to love. Ready to redefine your limits? Join us and experience the RX 45 difference!

  • "Core & Balance Conditioning to enhance your cycle classes!"

    This class focuses on flexibility training which will include body alignment and core strength. You can correct imbalances, improve your alignment and have a solid upright stance. Big movement increases blood flow to the muscles, which can help improve your range of motion.
    It can also help you reduce your risk of injury, build stronger muscles and joints and improve flexibility for ease of movement.
    Focusing on this special training will not only help you move better but feel better; it will improve your physical activities and performance and enhance everyday life.

  • This class offers 30 minutes of fun cardio on the bike, followed by targeted strength training for your glutes and core. Hop off the bike and dive straight into this powerful session, another winning workout at Cyclebeat Club!

When You Arrive:

  • Doors open 20 minutes before class time. Please arrive 15 minutes early and check in with our Client Advocate. Arriving rushed may not give you enough time to get settled and set up on your bike before the class starts. Your first task is to select a bike number from our chart. You’ll get prepped on everything you need to know from how to wear the heart rate monitor, get fitted for your shoes, to bike set up. If you are not signed in 5 minutes prior to class, we cannot guarantee entry to the studio and your bike could be given away to waitlist drop-ins.

  • Our high intensity classes include a complimentary heart rate monitor. This will help you and our certified instructor track your heart rate for optimal performance and fitness benefits. For a more detailed description of our heart rate monitoring see our dedicated page on this topic.

  • We’re here to support each other! Connection is what we love. Bring good vibes into our space and treat others how you’d like to be treated. To preserve the experience and respect the practice, we do not allow the use of mobile devices during the class. If you are on call or have a certain situation that requires immediate attention, please let the instructor know.

In The Studio:

  • Please give yourself time to feel comfortable on your bike. Correct alignment is essential for the experience of indoor cycling, the effectiveness of your workout and your personal safety. As a new rider, it's important to let one of our skilled team motivators properly fit you to your bike. After your set up, including how to clip in and out of the pedals, our team member will explain how to manage your resistance and run through the basics of Keiser’s unique computer.

  • Our spin and suspension training classes are designed to push you to your limits but it's important to listen to your body. Our qualified instructors are certified and current in first aid so you can spin or strength train at a level that is most comfortable to you. Cyclebeat Club is the perfect environment for each person to take their class at a pace that works for them.

  • We know your first class can feel intimidating but it doesn’t have to be! Our entire Cyclebeat team is excited to help you. If you have any questions before you arrive in studio, shoot us an email or give us a call! Once you’re in the studio, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our front desk Client Advocates or your instructor for guidance. WE GOT YOU!
